BEHIND THE SCENES
Makinley was one of the first seniors we photographed for the class of 2022 and I could tell from the second she walked into the door we were going to connect on a deep level and have a BLAST! It was one of the hottest days of the summer, but, she had a great attitude about climbing on the roof of Hazard Coffee Company and doing a special mini photo shoot at Hazard Fire Department. Makinley's Dad passed away while she was in high school. He was a volunteer Fireman at Kingscreek Volunteer Fire Department in Virginia. Scroll past her images to read why the fire department images are so special to her.
"I am so glad I booked with Suzanne. It was truly a dream of mine, and I was beyond happy to make it a part of my senior year. I recently lost my Dad and Suzanne, along with the Hazard Fire Department made my experience worth while. Incorporating my Dad into the session meant more than any picture. I was shown some of the kindest people willing to help me accomplish my vision. I love my album/box because when my family comes over, as well as when I travel, it's so easy to put out or take along. Printing them is also so easy and so helpful to share with family and friends. All of my pictures were beyond beautiful, and I can't imagine this not being a part of my senior year."
Makinley plans to attend Lincoln Memorial University in the fall and major in Pre-Veterinarian Medicine.
