Nothing Makes Kailey Happier than Big Bows and Red Lipstick
Kailey has cheered for the Perry County Schools since 3rd grade! She has always loved cheering since she was a little girl and dreamed of her own big bow and red lipstick. Fast forward to high school and you have an amazing cheerleader!Â
Being a PCC cheerleader has shaped her into the person she is today. It has taught her many life lessons, the biggest one being if you want something bad enough, you have to work HARD for it!Â
Kailey's cheerleading career was cut short this year during a long summer practice. Practice consisted of conditioning, jumping, and stunting, but her knee gave out completely and she ended up with a torn ACL. Â
About injuring herself senior year Kailey said, "I always thought my senior year would be filled with tons of activities and fun, however tearing my ACL putting me out of cheerleading and all extra school activities. I have made the best of it, but it has been challenging."

Kailey came in for senior pictures BEFORE senior pictures so she would be able to pose, move a little and not be in a knee brace.Â
We wanted to show off her school spirit and that bright red lipstick she has come to love in her portraits!Â
Trips all around Perry County made this session so much fun. We timed the lighting at Perry Central Football field just perfectly for her cheerleading pictures. We also wanted to show off Kailey's love of fashion, her bright blue PIERCING EYES!!!!!! Â
WOW, THE CAMERA LOVED KAILEY AND SO DOES THE PERSON BEHIND THE CAMERA!
Take a look at some of what we created together.Â

From Kailey's own red lips, "I have dreamed about senior pictures ever since I was a little girl and got to see all the older people taking them. I would scroll through Suzanne’s Instagram for hours seeing all the beautiful pictures. Suzanne is so good at helping you find the perfect backgrounds to match all of your outfits. She has a room accessible for everyone that needs to change, fix their makeup, or even just take a break for a minute. She made my overall experience completely stress free!!"Â
Kailey said her favorite thing about being a senior is finding out more about herself and what she likes to do. "It’s almost time to go into the real world so knowing this is the last time I will be in high school makes it much more enjoyable."Â
Kailey plans to attend Eastern Kentucky University in the fall and major in Dentistry.

 Good Luck Kailey!!!!!!!
