Ask the photographer which is your stronger side. Every person has a stronger side unless you are a celebrity or model and have perfect symmetry of the face

Communicate with your eyes, I always say, “Eyebrows are made for acting” so use them for expression

Don’t pose square to the camera but, if you have a good photographer she/he will know this
Need Tips on What to Wear for Headshots:

Consider playing off your eye color, if you have bright blue eyes most people look great in all shades of blue, turquoise, jewel tones, red, etc.

If you have green eyes, consider wearing purples, orchid, hot pink

Some employers will want everyone to look the same on top in the same shade if you are coming with a group so decide what color everyone will be wearing and change it up individually with the silhouette.

Don’t wear matching jewelry sets of earrings and necklaces. This will age you.
